Ipevo Free 1 Skype Phone

The Free-1 is a well designed USB phone made especially for use with Skype. Compatible with both the PC and Mac, the Free 1's lightweight and portable design, makes it a lot easier using Skype on the move! Three programmable buttons provide the possibility for user assigned tasks, a useful feature which allows a better control of Skype and SkypeOut functions.

Ten different ring tones are included. The hollow bit just below the keypad helps eliminate echo, which was a problem with earlier handsets, real time volume control keys on the handset ia a must. We found the center scroll key a real plus allowing you to easily scroll up and down your contacts to quickly find the right person.

Other functions include mic mute, speed dial, and LED light indication. All in all this is a really cool handset that has won a load of awards for both design and functionality, and has got to be a clear winner, unfortunately unlike the name suggests it's not quite free, but still a bargain!
